Dave joined UC in 1998, after 13 years practicing law, working in the Michigan Legislature, and serving as a County Commissioner in Ann Arbor. Dave is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. He is a member of the Michigan Society of Association Executives.
Dave is happily married to Anne, a wonderful artist and elementary school art teacher, and has twin teenagers, Olivia and Quinn. Dave enjoys cooking, ice skating, playing softball, rooting for the Tigers and the Wolverines (Go Blue!), and is beginning a new career as a baseball and softball umpire.
